Duties and Responsibilities

- Creating building design and highly detailed drawings both by hand and by using Auto CAD.
- Choosing the materials to be used and specify requirements for the projects.
- Liaising with construction professional about the feasibility of potential projects.
- Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget.
- Playing a part in project and team management.
- Responsible to check the drawing of junior subordinate.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- B.Arch (or) M.Arch with minimum 7 years working experience in related field.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral and English Language is required.
- High levels of creativity, imagination and vision.
- An analytical mind.
