လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

  • Arrange payments to suppliers and petty cash according to the procedures, SOP.
  • Verify Goods Received Notes (GRN) on ERP system.
  • Liaise with related internal departments, external suppliers on necessary information as per assigned tasks.
  • Work closely with team members, managers for month-end/year-end financial report closing for assigned division as per group timeline.
  • Manage the day-to-day accounting and assist to operation functions.
  • Prepare and monitor the payments, advance receipts/ payments, receivables for assigned division according to procedures, SOP, and internal control.
  • Prepare and submit daily & monthly Bank Reconciliation Reports for assigned banks (if necessary).
  • Assist on physical taking of inventories and Fixed Assets. (periodically)
  • Perform any assignment from HOD not listed above as per job requirement.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Age between 25-35, with B. Com or any Bachelor Degree in Accounting and/or Finance or equivalence or ACCA and Diploma in IFRS, LCCI Level (III) UK.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accruals, and Financial Reporting.
  • Must have knowledge and experiences in accounting software & ERP experienced.
  • Good command in English Skills and Computer skills.
  • Meticulous, independent, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure within a deadline as a scheduled.
  • Experience in MNC and automotive industry is preferrable.
