• Able to setup workstation and perform bakery production duties• Ensure equipment are in working condition• Able to work efficiently at both topping and oven to cope with production demand• Possess good product knowledge• Possess basic knowledge on baking and pastries• Adhere to Product SOP and maintain product quality and consistency• Assist in inventory receiving and storage• Maintain workstation cleanliness• Adhere to food hygiene standard and procedures
