-Understand consumer needs and behaviors, identify brand positioning in the market
-Identify brand opportunities and challenges for growth and development
-Conduct market research and data analysis and propose business actions
-Oversee P&L and ensure achievement of sales and profitability targets
-Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the strategic and creative development process
-Develop direct report competency and engagement

-Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline
-Extensive experience in FMCG marketing, experience in food and beverage industry is a definite advantage
-Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
-Innovative and drive for changes
-Strong data analysis and problem solving skills
-Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
