-သက္ဆိုင္ရာလုပ္ငန္းနွင့္ ပတ္သက္ေသာ သင္တန္းမ်ားတက္ထားၿပီးသူျဖစ္၍ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အၾကဳံ (၂)နွစ္ရွိရပါမည္။
-Day (or) Night Duty ဆင္းနိုင္ေသာသူျဖစ္ရပါမည္။
-Camera, Lighting, Audio ဆက္စပ္ပစၥည္းမ်ားအေၾကာင္းနားလည္ရပါမည္။
-ကင္မရာအမ်ိဳးစားစုံ ကိုင္တြယ္နိုင္ရပါမည္။
-ရုိက္ကူးေရးအယူအဆနွင့္ကိုယ္တိုင္ဖန္တီးနိုင္စြမ္းရွိရမည္။
- အဖြဲ႔အစည္းျဖင့္ ပူးေပါင္းလုပ္ကိုင္ႏိုင္ျပီး ၊ သင္ယူလိုစိတ္ရွိသူ ၊ လူမႈဆက္ဆံေရး ေကာင္းသူ ျဖစ္ရပါမည္။
-လုပ္ငန္းသေဘာအရ အလုပ္ကို အခ်ိန္ႏွင့္ တစ္ေျပးညီ ျပီးစီးေအာင္လုပ္ႏိုင္ျပီး ရံဖန္ရံခါ အခ်ိန္ပိုဆင္းႏိုင္ရပါမည္။
-Media & Broadcasting လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕ၾကဳံရွိသူျဖစ္၍ ရုပ္သံလုပ္ငန္းကို စိတ္ပါ၀င္စားသူျဖစ္ရပါမည္။
