  • Build and maintain good relationship with FDA as well as ensure that problems concerning with the FDA are solved effectively and timely.
  • Check the ingredients, product specifications, lab results, etc. to ensure that they comply with the "MM FDA and DoCA" as well as Nestle requirements.
  • Develop an efficient and speedy product registration process (import and manufacturing) and enhance external partnership to maximise speed and success.
  • Ensure that the "art work circulation" approval complies with FDA regulations and CODEX as well as Ensure that the "Halal Register" process of imported and manufacture products are well-arranged.
  • Ensure FDA registration process and renewal processes are in line with standards and lead time set for each SKU.
  • Conduct a risk assessment concerning regulations of promotional activities for all products as well as Ensure that all products and communication media comply with FDA and Media regulations.
  • Advise Nestle Myanmar Cross Functional Teams and Nestle Indochina/ Regional/Zone teams on international standards and guidelines of Food Regulations.
  • Coordinate with external agencies such as FDA and all other relevant stakeholders in devleoping domestic and international food laws and regulations.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  1. Master or Bechalor Degree in Food Science or Pharma
  2. Minimum 2 - 3 years in AG/QA in a FMCG factory
  3. Intermediate English Level
  4. Strong communication skills, leadership, food production process, 
  5. Knowledge of MM FDA and CODEX, Nestle I&R, Nestle R&D,
  6. Creative and innovative problem solving mechanism
