လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Attend client, consultants meetings and assist with the determination of project requirements.
• Assist the SPM/ GM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals and preliminary drawing schedules.
• Track the progress (ie. RFI / RFA) and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades and site progress.
• Use project scheduling and to issue approved shop drawing/ coordination drawing at least one month ahead of the construction stage.
• Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the Client, Consultants and Project Team.
• Ensure Clients’ need are delivered in time.
• Review field inspection reports from consultants and client.
• Manage contemplated change from Architect, Structure designer, M&E designer, and client.
• Control and manage the design to be as reasonable as possible.
• To attend site coordination meeting and to help solve design issues.
• To help site team for proper and updated drawing filling and arranging.
• Communicate ideas for improving company processes with a positive and constructive attitude and for developing this attitude in others.

• B.E(Civil)
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in relative field
• Proficiency in Auto CAD 2D,3D, MS office
• Highly motivated and independent
• A good team player with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Able to work under stress situation.Can work under pressure.
