An Exciting Opportunity for ...

In charge of the strategies design, content, maintenance, programming, usability and effectiveness of the brand’s different digital marketing channels such as Facebook, other social media accounts and various digital platforms
Keeping updated of the latest digital marketing technologies and trends while identifying possible opportunities to implement
Monitors and analyzes competitors’ digital marketing campaigns and strategies and take necessary actions
Supports sales team by providing sales leads and information about market trends
Suggest activities while improving the quality of online content
Create social media presences and follow the duties provide by the manager
Develop engaging online content including videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyze content success
Manage social media comments and their inquiries and reply them if necessary, Return to Engagement within 24 hours
Follow up closely to deadlines and budget, developing and revising ideas, and implementing projects within given times according to Annual Marketing Plan
Advertising in accordance with Exxon Mobil Brand Guideline.
Coordinating with relevant departments
Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Other duties assign by Manager
Ensuring that the daily, weekly, monthly reports are sent on time
Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
Reports directly to the HOD.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor Degree.
At least 4+ year of experience in a Digital Marketing field
Must be able to use social media tools proficiently
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms
Must have creative idea for caption writing & customer service feedback
Editing Designs, Self-Motivated, Strong follower Skills, Team-Oriented, Goal- Oriented and Strong Attention to Detail, Photoshop, Company Facebook page, Microsoft Office and Excel
Extensive knowledge of content strategy and digital content curation expertise
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills in both Myanmar and English
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking
Strong interpersonal skills and excellent public relation skills
Willing to learn new things and strong believe in life-long learning
Must have positive attitude with good manner
Professional mind-set with a strong sense of commitment and responsibility
