Responsible for the overall reporting, budget and forecast process (implementation, overseeing & monitoring
Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards
Ensure the adequacy of financial procedures and controls within the Company (financial communication, internal control, treasury, financing, legal…)
Ensure the respect of the shareholders’ reporting and Local financial deadlines
Provide guidance and support to Managing Director and other Managers
Identify risks and opportunities.
Provide appropriate analysis and information to the Management
Identify cost reduction and organisational efficiency improvements
Optimise the Company capital structure, tax, treasury and financing under the guidance of the shareholders
Cash management and forecasting
Implement and maintain proper controls over petty cash
Maintain bank relationships
Responsible for the respect of the investment procedures and processes
Responsible for the preparation of financial analysis on new business opportunities
Ensure the consistency between the Strategic Plan/Budget of the Company and each individual opportunity
Maintenance and filing of tax records
Responsible for tax planning, corporate income tax filing, tax returns and tax matters including but not limit to commercial tax, import duty, advanced income tax
Liaising with Tax Authorities and local tax advisors
Provide guidance and support to the implementation and reinforcement of adequate and relevant internal control procedure
Ensure compliance of the the shareholders’ Internal Control and Corporate Governance
Carry out internal compliance review on the different sites of the Company
Salary, bonus, sales commission, social insurance, pension plan and health insurance
Legal, contracts and compliance issues
Ensure insurance needs are met in full compliance with the shareholders’ policy, business & legal requirements
All other administrative issues
IT administration – infrastructure supervision, desktop support with close support from the shareholders.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Chartered Accountant / CPA /ACCA qualifications
10+ years of relevant experience in financial and accounting management, with multinational exposure and experience in managing team
Firm grasp of Myanmar and IFRS rules
Sound knowledge in Myanmar reporting, taxations and legal requirements
Hands-on, open-minded self-starter who is clear and independent thinker
Good communications skill with an excellent spoken and written English
