Job Purpose:

To create visually compelling designs that support branding, marketing, and product communication for both service-oriented campaigns and production-related materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design promotional materials including brochures, banners, packaging, digital ads, and social media visuals
   
• Develop visual assets for service campaigns, product launches, and corporate branding
   
• Collaborate with the production team to design labels, instruction sheets, product visuals, and packaging
   
• Prepare artwork for both print and digital output, ensuring accuracy and production readiness
   
• Maintain and evolve the company’s brand identity and design guidelines
   
• Assist in photo editing, basic video editing, and infographics for presentations or training materials
   
• Liaise with printers, vendors, and marketing partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials
   
• Ensure designs are optimized for various platforms including mobile, web, and offline media

• Proven experience (2–5 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in service or production industries
   

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus)
   

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
   

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
   

• Familiarity with print production processes and specifications
   

• Creative thinking with attention to detail
   

• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
