· Design Concept & Planning: Client ၏ လိုအပ်ချက်ကို မူတည်၍ Space Planning, Concept Design နှင့် Mood board များကို ဖန်တီးတင်ပြနိုင်ရမည်။

· Drawings & Visuals: 2D Layouts, Detailed Drawings နှင့် အရည်အသွေးမြင့် 3D Perspective များကို တိကျသေသပ်စွာ ရေးဆွဲနိုင်ရမည်။

· Material Selection: ဒီဇိုင်းနှင့် ကိုက်ညီမည့် ပရိဘောဂ၊ ပစ္စည်းများနှင့် ကုန်ကြမ်း (Material Specification) များကို ရွေးချယ်တွက်ချက်နိုင်ရမည်။

· Team Management: Junior Designer များနှင့် အဖွဲ့ကို ဦးဆောင်ပြီး လုပ်ငန်းပြီးစီးမှု အချိန်ဇယား (Timeline) အတိုင်း ပြီးစီးအောင် စီမံခန့်ခွဲရမည်။

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional interior design experience, preferably in construction or design-build environments
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills
• Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and building codes
• Creative problem-solving ability and attention to detail
