Analyze the business and marketing objectives of potential customers
Develop Media Solutions that add value to customer’s business
Present solutions to customers and negotiate agreements sales
Collaborate with Company Creative staff to ensure TV commercials and online productions exceed customers’ expectations
Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through responsive and personal customer service
Achieve performance goals with high sense of urgency and active approach
Assist in Sales Team training sessions, coaching, and role-playing exercises

A highly motivated person focused on actively achieving goal, and “making it happen”
4 Year University Degree in business administration, economics, communications, marketing or related field
Strong English language, both spoken and written
Fluency in the Burmese language, both spoken and written
3+ Years working with structured sales process steps and practices
2+ Years working in a quota-driven sales environment
2+ Years working with MS Office programs and email communications
1-2 Years working with sales reporting tools and/or CRM software
