Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Work closely with project/product managers/lead, quality assurance engineers and stakeholders
Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production mobile applications
Design interface to improve user experience
Write clean and high performing code and conduct testing
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Support the team with any necessary tasks as requested or required
Build up the new features and improvement the existing features for a few hundred thousand end-users - Communicate clearly and effectively across all levels

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

3+ years in mobile software development
At least 2 years developing Flutter applications for mobile
At least 1 year working experience in Android Native (Java or Kotlin)
In-depth knowledges and practical experiences in dart
Have two or more iOS/Android apps developed with Flutter
Experience with unit testing
Apps launched on App store and playstore
Experience in Git Version Control
Proven good experience in writing readable code, creating extensive documentation for existing code, and refactoring previously written code
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
Good Experience with Firebase ( Messaging,Notification,Firestore,etc...)
Wiiling to share knowledges of own mindset,training and guideline to junior developers
Java backend knowledge is huge plus
If need , ability maintain and fix from backend issues
