Senior Officer (Customer Experience Administrator)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support to Vice President of Customer Experienec to manage Customer Experience workplan
  • Support Customer Experience team’s fact finding, data requests, data QA, reports preparation and powerpoint presentations creation
  • Perform the administrative tasks, documentation and liasing with other departments’ administrators or assistants
  • Manage intra and inter-departmentals communications recaps & follow ups

Requirements

  • Any graduate or other relevant academic backgrounds (Diploma or Certificate in Office administration is preferable!)
  • Have at least 2 years of working experience in related fileds (Experience as an administrator or personal assistant role is preferable!)
  • Have experience with project collaborative tools i.e. Microsoft Planner, Teams, Yammer
  • Ability to work under pressure and have a solid mindset to meet timeline
  • Excellent organizational skills, time-management skills and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literate & proficient in English (Written and Verbal)
  • Myanmar Nationality Only
