An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Management of quality surveying duty in project
- Prepare tender documents, budgets, bills of quantities and others
- Liaise with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects
- Work around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget
- Prepare and presenting design proposals to clients
- Site management work from QS side
- Attend regular meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists
- Visit sites to check the project on progress
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Must have over 5 years working experience as Quantity Surveyor
Must have over 10 years working experience as Civil Engineer
Must be upper conversational level in the English language
Prefer to have working experience in foreign country
