・Bachelor degree or diploma in IT. ・More than 2 years experience as a Ruby Developer. ・More than 2 years experience in Database and SQL. ・Hands-on experience writing command-line apps using Ruby libraries. ・Expertise in Rails. ・Understanding of agile software development. ・Creating back-end solutions, building efficient gems and integrating front-end components. ・Good understanding in software development cycle. ・Good communication and interpersonal skills. ・English communication skill will be preferred.
