• Develop complex IT systems and solutions according to user requirements by analyzing requirement specifications, developing, implementing, and maintaining .NET frameworks, components, and interfaces.
• Collaborate with teams to design and architect solutions including developing proof of concepts.
• Issue tracking and problem-solving on the existing systems or newly developed systems.
• Have experience in reviewing and auditing legacy code.
• Troubleshoot, suggest improvements and debugging.
• Team player, self-motivated, and ability to take ownership of the work.
• Suggest and follow programming standards to be good quality software for productivity, reusable, maintainable, good performance, and security.

• Work with business analyst and Project manager as well as other internal IT stakeholder to arrive at optimal solutions for the Business with compliances to Insurance’s standards, quality, policies, and guidelines.
• Conduct or facilitate knowledge sharing of emerging technologies to internal IT stakeholders. 
• Report project risks and issues to Project Manager in advance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields with solid coding skills, familiar with commonly used algorithms and data structures.
• 3 years or more working experience in developing enterprise web applications.
• Have working experience and in-depth knowledge of C#, .NET Framework and SQL.
• Must have working experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2017 and Visual Studio 2019.
• Experience in SQL Stored Procedures, Views, Functions is a plus. 
• Must have experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with Tortoise SVN source code control.
• Must have experience in supporting LIVE enterprise system & with Agile Methodology.
• Experience in driving end-to-end projects that requires team collaboration.
