  • Hotline phone duty on Monday to Friday(Out of office hours and Saturday/Sunday)
  • 24 Hours Claim Duty
  • Arrangements to surveyor and check the claim case.
  • Arrangement to Day/Night Duty List and assign surveyors
  • To check the claim case Yangon area and out of  Yangon area
  • To check the pending case
  • To check the documents, accident and repair photos for complete case files
  • To save in share for accident car photos file, car repair photos and vouchers.
  • Completed case files handovers to Assistant Supervisor between one week
  • Report to Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Must be computer literate(Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to read and write of  English Language
  • Must have knowledge of motor vehicle terminology
  • Must have giving good customer service
  • Must have knowledge about insurance experiences
