. Building strong relationships with external/internal customers and securing long term business. Dealing with dissatisfied customers and managing complaints. Reviewing monthly parts/service sales and profit performance. Ensuring the after sales department achieves its targets.Coordinating 3 sub-departments(Service,Parts and Warehouse ) with others like Admin/HR/Procurement. Motivating and assessing all team members making sure right man in right job. Direct contact and report to COO.
