  • To be accountable for customers’ satisfaction of service rendered.
  • Provide on-site installation, and commissioning of products of Material Handling Equipments ((overhead cranes, forklifts, lifting equipments, etc)
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service and repairs of equipment.
  • Prepare service report for each service done detailing the client’s complaint, on site observation, root caused and repair done to get the equipment back to normal operating condition.
  • Provide on-site training to the customers on product usage, safety instructions and simple maintenance instructions.
  • Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
  • Follow strictly at all time on EHS policy of company while carry out servicing work.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) or any other related field
  • 1 years working experience, preferably in service repair field
  • Preferably with material handling products repair experience.
  • Basic written and oral English
  • Basic engineering know how.
  • Basic electrical knowledge preferred.
