Service Technician Job Description

1. Test all RMA items when customer service received items.
2. Repair & Replace all RMA items of instruments.
3. Provide start-up and commissioning.
4. Prepare and download update driver for each model.
5. Need to check physical damage when open new notebook.
6. Informed to service manager if we had found DOA in new notebook.
7. Each notebook Windows, driver & software install when new notebook coming.
8. Provide start-up, operating and maintenance training for customer.
9. Help & check customer service when they need technical support.
10. Provide customers with telephone support for start-up or trouble shooting.
11. Need to support office staff notebook & other office IT equipment.
12. Prepare & packing DOA items & spoil items to send back to vendor.
13. Need to support when office new system implements.
14. Other duties as assigned by the Service Manager.
15. Report to service manager.
