- Working for the facade, Proficient in the construction process of the curtain wall, installation process, quality inspection method, acceptance process, etc
- Coordinate with external vendors and schedule appointments
- Oversee vendor performance to ensure timelines and quality
- Undertaking surveys
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- Supervising contracted staff
- Setting out sites and organising facilities
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site
- Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales

- Must be able to speak Chinese and basic English is a plus
- Must have 3 years & above experience in Site Engineering field
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- Good in personal skills and communication skills
- Must have Computer skill (word, excel) email, internet
