- Planning and executing civil engineering and building project
- Planning, design and day-to-day running of construction projects undertaken by the company
- Ensure the smooth day to day operation of work activities at the site
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
- Supervising labors
- Maintain good relationship with site workers, contractors, and suppliers
- Preparing site reports, analyses, budgets, risk assesment and another document
- Report accidents that occur at the construction site to the immediate manager
- Ensure timely delivery of projects according to schedule
- Updating of project records for reporting purposes and submission of reports
- Attend site meetings and resolve technical/ operational issues independently
- Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise
- Estimating the civil work
- Able to follow rules and regulation
- Must work outside of Yangon
 

- Must be A.G.T.I (Civil)/BE (Civil) degree holder
- Experience at least 2 years in related Field
- Must be able to read and write Auto CAD (2D,3D)
- Must have experience in estimate and QS 
- Must have computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email) 
- Must have Team work spirit and good communication skill
- Must travel any location in myanmar
- Must be able to work overtime
