Key areas of responsibility:

• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate program of assigned engineering work and projects in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• To coordinate with Architect and M&E designer for construction drawing.
• Act as a technical adviser on M&E work for contractors.
• Quality assurance and monitoring on site for installation sequences.
• Suggesting cost-effective solutions and value engineering proposals.
• Preparation of accurate as built M&E drawings.
• Liaising with the local authority to ensure compliance with local regulations and by law for M&E works.
• Preparing repots as required.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
• Prior to commencement of site work, gain an understating of the relevant project specifications and drawings.
• Monitor and track that site safety rules are adhered by all present on site.
• Review and /or prepare required tests, procedures and associated data sheets.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- B.E(E.P/Mechanical)
- At least 3 years experience in M&E work on construction.
- Skill for Microsoft office application & Auto CAD.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to write technical specifications, develop fixture and system.
