Overall responsibility

Site inspection regularly including RCI (RI, WP, HP) to observe & notice to main contractor for workmanship, installation method, defects.
Prepare site status & progress reports, and keeps an accurate record with photos by weekly report
Coordinate Handover inspection and rectification process with contractors.
Perform quality audit check on daily work done according with Method statement and make observation report
Prepare of Defect Notification, NCR & follow up with record and monitoring of rectification work

Qualifications requirements

Understand constructions standard and technics accordance with international Method
Experience with high rise building
Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
Good English communication skills of written and verbal.
