  • Planning & coordinating administrative procedures and communicates the organization’s short and long-term objectives  
  • Develop and implement documentations and procedures
  • Communicate and cooperate effectively with members, CEC and relevant Government Ministries
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate between CEC and Members
  • Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with Society Members via email, phone, and in person
  • Writing and distributing meeting minutes, newsletter and briefing documents for internal and external organization.
  • Coordinating and arranging events, meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Establish and review KPIs, Fund Status & Growth and able to make recommendations to improve overall performance of the Society

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Age between 25 - 40 years
  • Any graduate
  • At least (3) years of experience in relevant job
  • Competent in written Myanmar and English
  • Should be able to communicate across different levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work independently, Strong networking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Myanmar Font Typing
