For working as a software technical support engineer in an ISP industry (Internet Service Provider).
Provide software technical supporting to other operational teams such as sales, retail and customer service teams etc
Collect user feedback and requirements from other operational teams and coordinate with software development team for product enhancement and improvement.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any relevant degree. Non-relevant degree holders and non-graduated candidates can also apply if there is strong IT knowledge, good talent and had reasonable working experience.

No working experience or minimal working experience is required for fresh graduates with relevant degree holders. But, must have the very good passion to learn new things.

Basic knowledge of Linux systems, programming languages, and database systems.

Must be able to go to branch offices in Yangon whenever necessary.

Must be able to work on varying days of working schedule such as to work on weekends Saturday/Sunday and take off-day on other weekdays whenever necessary.
