Manage software development projects from planning to production release
- Work with stakeholders to align scope, objectives, resources, and budget
- Track and synchronize timelines across different project teams
- Drive teams to plan and analyze requirements, risks and dependencies.
- Be able to identify latent assumptions and ask tough questions to mitigate risk
- Be able to identify roadblocks in a project early and escalate to stakeholders and develop mitigation plan
- Process change requests and provide an assessment on their impact to ongoing projects
- Provide regular progress updates, task reminders, and meeting minutes.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in Software Project Management
- Experience in driving SDLC end to end with a proven track record for managing complex software projects
- Experience in software development and familiarity with modern software systems stack
- Ability to influence developers and lead discussions for planning and analysis
- High drive and leadership ability to rally teams to hit targets and pursue excellence
- Proactive and effective communication and escalations of issues
- Certification in Project Management is a plus
- Familiar with Agile development
- Great Communication Skill
- Ability to speak and write in English
