Manage the company’s supply portfolio ensuring transparency of spending
Generate and implement efficient sourcing and category management strategies
Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure
Invent negotiation strategies and secure profitable deals
Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency
Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes
Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers
Estimate risks and apply risk minimizing techniques
Discover, maintain and partner with trustworthy vendors and suppliers
Ensures that supplier contractual responsibilities are fully adhered to
Manages logistic of imported goods, where applicable
Lead, coach, mentor and train the procurement team for smooth and efficient operation of the procurement function
Prepare the budget for the cost of production and will be responsible to deliver the budget amount
Work with cross-functional team to lead a new project, new SKU development etc
Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.

B.Sc degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
Proven work experience as a Procurement or Sourcing Manager
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software
Understanding of market dynamics and sound business judgement
Strong project management and leadership skills
Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
Solid judgement with ability to make good decisions
Familiar with contract management, saving trackers, sourcing and vendor management and/or relevant software
Communication well in both English and Chinese
