Overall purpose of the role: Responsible for the smooth running of the Finance Department on a day to day

Internal:
* Admin Dept, Cash Dept, Logistic Dept

External
* Township Tax Office, Internal Revenue Dept, Bank

Functional Responsibilities
- Deal with tax officer from inland-revenue office & follow up their requirements such as BE, BL, Import License, etc for Capital Automotive Ltd. (Ford, JLR, JD & Spare Parts)
- Support documents to Auditors and Tax Revenue Office
- Participate at physical stock taking process monthly and year end stock taking as well
- Prepare supportive documents such as company registration card, Export-Import card, Photos, etc and prepare cover letter while Bank Account opening, authorized signature change, Hire Purchase and i-banking process.
- Arrange to get signature from HO-CDSG for above transactions if needed
- Assist for John Deere Transfer process (Collect documents for transfer)
- Documents control such as SKD project, Loan Agreements, Company Documents (Copy), Owner Book, etc.
-Assist in year-end closing and audits.
-Assist on monthly financial statements, Superintendent's Annual School Report, and Comprehensive Financial Report.
-Assist for all accounting procedures for Financial Controller
-Able to direct report to Financial Controller

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

* Must be a B.Com degree holder
*LCCI level III or ACCA qualification must have
*Minimum 3 years experience in Sr, Accountant position
*Can communicate with outside parties
*Fluency in English
*Self-motivating
*Able to work with under pressure
*Able to use in Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
*Good interpersonal skill
