-Responsible for the company’s Loan process
-To understand the company’s loan policy and procedures, research on potential risk and produce management report when proceeding with loans.
-To build and maintain relationship with existing customers
-Monitor productivity and efficiency of department, make adjustments to processes and procedures to meet business plan.
- Create and maintain a collaborative work environment that facilitates the achievement of business plan objectives.
- Implement processes to ensure that Loan Operations complies with local laws and internal Bank policies.
-Perform all other managerial duties as assigned the management.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Communication, banking, finance and related field of studies. Preferably Masters in the related field of study.
-Over 4 years of experience in Credit / Loan at Banking, SME sector or Finance related industry.
-Possesses outstanding analytical, problem solving skills and is very organized.
-Fluent in English, possesses great communication and negotiation skills
-Good in Excel (Advance Level)
