Job Description:

Prepare the Quantity Survey and material schedule, Material indent, Bill payment
Tender & Quotation, comparison, coordination to subcontractor.
Tender & Quotation submission, coordination to client.
Prepare the process of selection and approval of materials/ fittings/ fixtures by Consultants is in accordance with the Contract Drawing and Specification including warranty requirements.
Prepare for the clarifications from Drawings for Variation Order.
Site visits, assessments and projections for future project.
Good communication to all departments.

Job Requirement:

ME, BE, B.Tech, AGTI(Civil)
At least (4) years experience in related field.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office.
Assist for the preparation of contract documents including details regarding quantities of required materials (BOQ).
File documents in accordance to ISO filing system.
