လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

A Good Opportunity for ..

Ensure best quality and freshness of fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, etc.
Regulate stock levels to avoid overstocking, expiry dates, dead stocks .
Maintain data of sales, profit margin, stock inventory and others as required.
Organize the daily operation such as opening and closing hours, staff leave roster, lunch roster.
Training of shop staff to increase effectiveness of service, efficiency and micro management.
Ordering and replenishment of stocks, consumables, and other operational requirements.
Devise marketing and promotional activities and displays to attract customers and boost sales.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Degree or other qualification in sales, marketing, economics, business or related field.
Certificate in computer studies for data entry, accounting.
Minimum of 5 years experience in supermarket management and sales.
1 year overseas experience
English language certificate.
Males only 24 to 36 years age.
