1. A.G.T.I/B.Tech / B.E (EP, EC, Mechatronics), Desirable – Other related technical certificates or licenses
2. Age above 25 years
3. Minimum (3) years experiences in relevant field
4. Must – Good English Language Proficiency & IT Literates, Desirable – Engineering Software & other technical skills
5. Must - Strong Communication skills, Good Reporting Skills, Good Interpersonal Skills
6. Prefer - Strong Planning Skills
7. More prefer who value accountability, responsibility and taking ownership
