(2) ဌာနအားလံုးရွိ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားနွင္႔ သက္ဆိုင္သည္႔ ခြင္႔ေလွ်ာက္လႊာမ်ားနွင္႔ ခြင္႔မွတ္တမ္းမ်ားအား စီစစ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္၊
