Supervisor (For Production Department) Male/Female -1 post

Job Description

Maintain uninterrupted product quality & quantity within the limitations of established manufacturing cost & budge allocation use of skill and man hour.
Use motivating technique and delegates responsibilities & appropriates authority to subordinates supervisory & staff personal to achieve maximum efficiency through proper.
Review and endorse daily / monthly reports submitted .
Keep all developments and decisions and them inform to production manager.
To works through each production line to detect any abnormality on line condition.
(example: 5S, line balancing caused jam, worker not follow normal work
procedure etc.)
Improvement plan for quality and productivity at in charge floor and follow up.
Coordinate environmental activities performed.
Follow and Implement ISO system in production process.
Occasional responsibilities have be done.

Job Requirement

BE (Electrical or Electronics) and Any Bachelor Degree
At least 2-3year experience in related field
Fluency English (or) Japanese Language are prefer
Computer literate in MS Word & Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Have strong interpersonal and communication skill
Motivate & able to communicate with all levels of employees
Accessible to work in Mingalardon Township
Age (25-30)
Salary - Negotiable

Working Hour : 8:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)

Overtime : Yes
Industry: Manufacturing (Electronic Component)
