The   Supply Chain & Logistics Manager is responsible for the planning, organizing, and directing; managing, and evaluating of the supply chain/logistics operations in an organization. 
Responsibilities and Duties
    Manage daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing, and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules.
    Responsible to source, negotiate, and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors.
    Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectations.
    Regularly contacting suppliers to renegotiate prices, incoterms, and payment terms.
    Computing freight costs using predetermined mathematical equations to determine budgetary requirements for shipping. 
    Track each order to estimate arrival, keep track of orders shipped and verify when an item has been delivered.
    Collaborating with colleagues to find solutions to issues that may arise with delays, damaged products, or back ordered items.

    To prepare and check shipping documents for customs clearance (  Myanmar & Cambodia )
    Invoice, Packing List, BL /AWB, DRC/IR, IP / Sale contract, Form Do    prepare and check custom duty evaluation calculations for each shipment.
    To make below working for the import process.
    To prepare and recorded and checked Form 31 for customers.
    To prepare and check DRC expiry list, Indents, IP & CIF price.
    Manage the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing
    Manage and monitor all imports and exports within the assigned area
    Arranging bookings and coordination of all operational aspects with Shipping Lines/ Trucking companies
    Responsible for timely and accurate updating of all aspects of import moves
    Responsible for invoicing of all revenues relating to shipments within your assigned area
    Handle the custom clearance
    Pipeline shipment control working.
    Import license control working.
    Import custom claim bill working
    GRN report checking.
    Shipment analysis working.
    Shipping Document register control
 

Qualifications and Experience
•    Any Graduate.
•    Diploma/Master  in   Logistics and Supply Chain Management
•    Advance excel must be required
•    Fluent in English 
•    Good command of computer skills, Microsoft office skill
•    A minimum of 5 years of experience in   logistics /import or similar field
•    Experience in Distribution Industry
•    Exceptional collaboration and negotiation skills, organizational skills.
•    Strong written and verbal communication skills., Good Email communication skills
