Purpose of Job
To support M&E job activities. Maintenance for Transformer, Substation, Switchboard, DB panel, ACMV, Plumbing and sanitary. Automation and Plc knowledge must be needed.
Job Descriptions
•    Coordinate computerized temperature monitoring system activities for preventive maintenance.
•    Perform risk assessments and evaluate content of maintenance plans including methods, maintenance frequencies, resources, spares and tools needed.
•    Organize maintenance and monitor electrical work activities in the warehousing, ensuring equipment availability for operation use. 
•    Troubleshoot of ACMV equipment and conduct root cause analysis to eliminate equipment/ system defect.
•    Optimize maintenance inventory level of critical & non critical equipment spare parts.
•    Develop SOPs and work instruction to electricians, train and develop their competency.
•    Maintain inspection readiness of the system to ensure audit compliance with regulatory safety and engineering standards.
•    CCTV system operation and maintenance
•    Perform risk assessment and safety awareness for team members. 
•    Provide engineering solutions for problems related to equipment reliability.
•    Liaise with contractor to do additional installation or servicing.
•    Report to manager for daily work activities and prepare reports, upkeep and maintain KPI, expenditure, machine performance report, time-sheet report, and safety report as per department work instruction.

•    BE (EP/EC)
•    At least 4-year experience in related field (Preferable in maintenance field)

•    Control Engineering with experience in DOL star delta connection
•    Hand-on must be needed
•    Understanding of Microsoft Office
•    Auto Cad (2D & 3D)
•    Leadership Skill & Essential Supervisory Skill
•    Excellent Verbal and Technical Report Writing Skill
