- Persuade customers to purchase a product.
- Explain product and prices and answer Questions from the customer.
- Obtain Customer information
- Adjust sales scripts to better target.
- Answer telephone calls from customers.
- Handle telephone or email correspondence from customers, follow up initial contacts.
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders
- Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about customers.
- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, email, or in person.
- Handling complaints.
- Reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager, Coordinates activities with Sale, Marketing and Customer service.
- Other duties assigned by the management

* Bachelor Degree (Any Graduate)
* Preferred working experience in the related field
* Proficient in utilizing MS Office Software (Word Excel) and capable of typing both English and Myanmar
* Ability to work well with people is essential
* Proficiency in telephone communications required must be an excellent listener
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Persuasive skills
* Travel sometimes
