1/ Tender

  • Keep track of bidding information
  • Plan and prepare  bidding documents
  • Consult related department during bidding process
  • Contacts with the tenderer, foreign partners, the sales department, technical department ... during  process of  preparing bidding documents
  • Be initiative to raise innovating suggestions during bidding process.

2/ Contract Management

  • Participate in negotiations and sales contract drafting.
  • Supervise whole process of contract implementation: request accounting to open letter of credit,  collect/ manage all document related to delivery, acceptance record, and contracts liquidation, payment ...
  • Update contracts implementation schedule databases
  • Report contract progress and arising problems to manager

3/ Liabilities Management

  • Check / tracking liabilities of every customer/ supplier in accordance with related documents and report to sales department, purchasing department as well manager.
  • Make liabilities report.
