Position Status: Full-Time, Permanent.

Work location: Yangon - Myanmar
Our General Contractor Construction Company in Myanmar is looking for candidates to grow career with us. The essential duties are:
- Develop bid proposal document
- Monitor and evaluate quantity take-offs and pricing done by QS staff
- Coordinate with Project and Site Managers to develop bid cost analysis, schedule, and construction work methods.
- Coordinate with design team for value engineering or cost down
- Coordinate with purchase manager and subcons to implement optimal cost for proposal

Other duties:
- Collaborate effectively with directors
- Participate in meeting with Clients
- Perform other duties as assigned
