-Minimum 1 year experience in tourism field, specialize in ticketing
- Must be good at International/ Domestic Ticketing & Hotel Reservation.
- Experience in 1A, 1S systems.

Requirements:
-Ability to work under pressure
-Open-minded, and willingness to handle criticisms and suggestions
-Good communication skills, and a good team player
-Excellent computer especially Microsoft Office, problem-solving and customer service skills.
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work with team
-Willingness to learn new skills and help out all the team members
-Must ride Motor Cycle

Responsibilities:
-Support to ticketing supervisor and manager
-Answering inquiries regarding flight schedules
-Responsible for customer service.
-Calculate estimated fare information on ticketing.
-Have to do weekly report.
-Support marketing and promotional project or event
