-Can use ticketing software such as Sabre, Galileo and Amadeus System
-Can arrange ans monitoring International and Domestic tickets
-Attending Sales team meetings and training programs
-Continuously upgrading product knowledge and providing additional information to clients about the destination and the products
-Co-operating with other internal departments, follow up and ensure completion of ticket sales and service quality
-Must have knowledge in Visa apply proceess

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Minimum 2 years experience in tourism/ticketing field
-Very good command of all four skills of English Language
-Mastery of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
-Able to work under time pressure and client’s pressure
-Open, sincere, transparent and fair communication skills
-Solution Oriented (Problem solving with clients)
-Proactive and positive thinking
