1) Arrange any training (Internal/External) base on training needs and requirement.
2) Facilitate and support to Training Manager for training schedule and training plan
3) Coordinate with related department’s head to create and develop required functional skill training modules and develop OJT training
4) Communicate with all department head for training schedule and program
5) Conduct functional skill training and behavior skill training as per requirements
6) Evaluates the training materials, updates and improves all training materials, aids and facilities as per new requirement.
7) Manage training arrangement and training Logistics
8) Review Trainees’ activities of pre-test and post-test.
9) Follow up, evaluate, control and measure for the training effectiveness
10) Give training feedbacks to trainees & related authorities and can make skill assessment

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Graduated in any field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Training Field
• Presentation Skill, Communication Skill , Interpersonal Skill, Problem solving skill, Time Management
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Proficiency in power point, Excellent computer database
• fluency in Myanmar and English; both written and oral
