Your Role

Report directly to Head of Logistics.

Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible to ensure smooth daily operational functions with different transporters on sites of both Yangon & Mandalay.

• Ensure the growth objectives of the domestic land transportation business are achieved.
• Manage the fantastic relationship with clients and transportation partners
• Lead implementation and maintenance of safety standards for all team members and business partners.
• Create a vibrant working environment.
• Understand clients’ challenges and identify ways to provide transport solution to clients.
• Be able to identify potential transport partners and expand delivery network to support both existing and new business.
• Ensure the timely implementation of all agree transportation plans to achieve service excellence through effective Vendor Management.
• Control P&L performance and budget control for Domestic Transportation team.
• Conduct monthly review with clients
• Coach team members to improve team performance and motivation.

• Bachelor degree in any field.
• 3-5 years working experience in transportation business and vendor management.
• Competency in English and computer literature.
•  Results Oriented.

•  Critical thinking and be able to think out of the box for solutions to transportation problems.

•  Able to manage stakeholders.

•  Team player, independent with good communication skills.

•  Proactive and able to work under pressure.
