• Monitor daily cash positions and manage liquidity to meet funding requirements.
• Forecast cash flow needs and optimize cash balances to maximize returns.
• Execute short-term investment strategies while adhering to risk management policies.
• Prepare financial reports and analysis related to treasury activities.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on cash flow performance.
• Support senior management with presentations and recommendations based on financial data.
• Ensuring compliance with the regulatory ratios.
• Oversee treasury operations including cash disbursements, wire transfers, and cash positioning.
• Maintain and enhance treasury systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and finance teams on system upgrades and integration projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in treasury management within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of banking products, financial markets, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
