• Lead a team to ensure the quick and accurate fulfillment of orders placed on Shop.com.mm
• Maintain daily reports on the performance of the department to ensure timely processing of orders, reduced Seller cancellations and limit problem orders
• Train team members and sellers on Shop systems, processes and procedures, and ensure compliance
• Allocate and monitor team members in the performance of their duties
• Coordinate with Sellers on day-to-day operations and resolve any disputes that arise
• Be the point of contact for resolving issues between Sellers and Customers
• Ability to manage people
• Creative thinker

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Graduate (Business Supply Chain Preferred)
1-2 Years Experience (supply chain, customer service, business development)
Microsoft Excel experience is greatly desired
Highly motivated to work hard, learn and be proactive – solving problems and coming up with solutions
Good English Language is a plus – you will be working with expats who only speak English
