  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve video quality and production techniques.

  • Provide creative input and brainstorm ideas for upcoming video projects.

  • Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creativity.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
  • Solid understanding of video production processes, including shooting, lighting, and audio recording.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects while also collaborating effectively with team members.
  • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual storytelling.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for exploring new ideas and pushing boundaries in video content creation.
  • Bachelor's degree in film, media production, or a related field is preferred but not required.
