On behalf of our Client, a logistics provider. We are looking for a: Warehouse Manager (Night Shift) to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages end-to-end warehousing and fulfilment operations, ensuring that the warehouse runs smoothly and at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, directing, and training team of warehouse associates and establishing, monitoring, and managing operational goals
• Reviews and prepares workflow, manpower of space requirements, equipment layout and action plans while ensuring workload management, quality and customer service standards are met
• Participates in warehousing design, establishes and implements warehouse management procedures, quality control processes and various indicator systems, be responsible for the KPI of warehouse operations
• Implements and improves the warehouse’s rules and regulations, standardize operating standards and processes, allocates human resources reasonably, and monitors each job on the warehouse site, improves work efficiency, plans budgets, and reduces costs
• Uses a system software to keep records, edits, and manages the inventory flow
• Manages arrangements with internal and external delivery partners to ensure that orders are dispatched on time and accurately to customers
• Carries out any ad hoc assignments given by management

Job Requirements

• University degree in any major subject plus MBA or related diploma
• At least (5) years’ experience of warehouse or logistics operations in a management role
• Willing to work hands-on in a warehouse and help out with on-ground warehouse processes
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Good communication, negotiation and leadership skills
• Excellent command of the English Language
• Be able to travel as business trips
