On behalf of our Client, a well-known pharmaceutical company. We are looking for a: Warehouse Manager to be based at their offices in Yangon, Myanmar.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all warehouse operations in view of Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety aspects.
• Implements and adheres to the procedures as per the SOPs and compliance of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Storage and Distribution Practices in the warehouse.
• Develops warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes and shipping.
• Ensures availability & Issue of approved materials for production\packing as per plan.
• Initiates & ensures disposal of rejected\obsolete materials in co-ordination with purchase and suppliers.
• Handles the warehouse management system and regulatory and the related audits to compliance.
• Plans and monitors logistic requirement for timely dispatches of goods as per Schedules.
• Takes-up the inventory status\issues with the concerned HoDS to have smooth operations.

• Any University bachelor's degree. University degree and/or Diploma in warehouse management or business management.
• At least 1 - 2 years of working experienced in assistant warehouse manager or warehouse manager.
• Should have sufficient knowledge in warehouse management system, GMP and/or GSDP.
• Effectively capable to operate Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Be able to speak English.
• Can do attitude, able to work independently.
• Able to work under pressure and good interpersonal skills.
• Good in communication skills, client-orientation skill and team-work skill
